Dear Partner/Customer,
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission wishes to advise of our intention to migrate email communications to a new domain extension. Effective June 1, 2022, all email communications with the Commission would be moved from the ectel.int to the ntrc.gd domain extension. To allow for the best experience during this transition, we have decided to retain all existing email prefixes; only changing the respective domain extensions. For example, emails to our general account would be moved from [email protected] to [email protected].
Further, to account for delays in partner/customer awareness related to the transition, we would be utilizing both the ectel.int and ntrc.gd domains in parallel, from June 1, 2022 to July 4, 2022. For your reference, please see the migration schedule below:
Migration Schedule:
Soft Migration: June 1 – July 4, 2022.
During this period email communications with the Commission can be sent via the ectel.int and ntrc.gd domains [[email protected] or [email protected] ]
Full Cutover: July 5, 2022.
After this date, email communications can only be sent via the ntrc.gd domain [[email protected] ]
To support this transition, please update your contact records on or before June 1, 2022 to reflect our new contact details below:
